Bruno Clair若不能稱為勃根地的教父級釀酒師, 那麼, 大概也少有人能承受得起這樣的稱謂了. Bruno Clair被"The Great Domaines of Burgundy"一書形容為 "The highly knowledgeable",同時林裕森的新作中也這樣形容: "不僅是村內最菁英的酒莊, 也是金丘區重要的經典酒莊. ...無論葡萄園等級高低, 都很值得細心品嘗..." 

Bruno Clair 堅信"地塊"及"老藤"是釀造精彩黑皮諾兩個最重要的因素,他不僅擁有相當多特級園 (Grand Cru) 及一級園 (Premier Cru),也保存了相當多的"老藤”,例如:Chambertin los de Beze Grand Cru栽植於 1912 年以及Clos St Jacques 1er Cru(Clos St. Jacques葡萄園的介紹可參見:http://www.kping.com.tw/index.php/kping-future/245- clos-st-jacques.html)栽植於 1957年... Bruno Clair的品項眾多(20多款), 開瓶此次推薦兩款被Burgunhound(BH)高度推崇的珍稀酒款, 都是被視為超經典的2010年年份:

This is aromatically similar to the Cazetiers except that there is a top note of restrained and cool red berry fruit that elevates the elegance to where this is perhaps the most refined nose in the entire range. As is usually the case, the supporting tannins of the ultra-fine middle weight flavors are more polished and the overall mouth feel is a wine of extreme sophistication, all wrapped in an explosive, long and focused finish. This too is absolutely terrific though again, plenty of patience will be required.

A spicy, pure and admirably refined nose offers up notes of cool, layered and an impressively broad mix of wild red berries, stone and underbrush hints. The textured and almost painfully intense broad-shouldered flavors possess deep reserves of tannin-buffering dry extract as well as the same extraordinary finishing depth that the nose hints at. A knock-out but this is expressly built to age and the flavors and tannic spine are so tightly wound that it's pointless to buy this if you do not intend to age it for at least 10 to 12 years first.
